Who is a better performance?more melodical solos and cooler style?
Dont say metallica sux or anything...I'm asking about HAMMETT VS WYLDE

I'd say Kirk,
I mean just listen to his solos (especially from 80's),
they're really breath-taking or simply marvellous.
However Zakk is great guitarist, & has a unique "tremolo" style,
which would fit Ozzy's songs, also he performs better than Kirk
on stage, (well, sometimes Kirk makes a mistake there; see Live S-h-i-t, for instance!)
But anyway, Kirk's the man!

I think Wylde has a better wah technique(its a lot more pronounced), and his acoustic work including solos is impressive.The nine hundred squeals a song could go away, but he is a great player.
Im a fan or some of Kirks earlier work, but alltogether I dont think he stands up.Live, he has some pretty awful nights.I just dont think hes as consistent as Zakk either, as Wylde puts out an album every year(or almost every year) and sounds good if not great, while years in between albums Hammett just doesnt impress me, sometimes sounding less inspired.

Kirk Hammett has the best solos
Zakk is a bit heavier and darker sounding.
Kirk is actually my favorite of the two because he learned from Joe Satriani and I like Joe's guitar style.
plus Kirk has those awesome guitar designs.

Hammett!!! Always has the middle finger to the crowd (not on purpsoe, just his style)
