Based on my personal opinions and the results of the Country Musis Awards last week (Horizon Award winner and Best Female Singer) is Carrie Underwood the best new talent we have ever seen in country music. If not, who would top her? Also, has her newist hit gone number one in the music polls (I never know which countdown to follow--there are so many). She could have three number one hits off of her first album! I just think she is amazing!! American Idol really did well with picking this star!!!

He doesn't even make my top-ten. Beethoven, Bach, Berlioz, Vivaldi, Handel, Haydn, Stravinsky, Schubert, Brahms and Chopin were all better composers. Being a "child prodigy" does not necessitate lifetime greatness and that was certainly true in Mozart's case. Was he "good"? Of course. But was he deserving to be mentioned in the same breath as Beethoven or Bach? Not a chance in hell.

The verdict is in: Mozart was overrated.

It was on the counter and playing in the Starbucks Coffee Shops in London during summer this year. Its a soul cd with hits such as Mustang Sally on it.

Its one of those cd's that you can only buy at Starbucks, and I'm trying to find out what it was called, or where I can buy it from now?

I heard this song and I have no clue who it's by.

The song is called Where Is The Love, and it has a hip-hop like beat to it.

I know a couple lines from it:

Chemical gases filling the lungs of little ones...

Father, Father, Father, send some guidance from above cause people got me questionin', where is the love, where is the love, where is the love, the love, the love. (That's the chorus)

Whatever happened to the values of humanity...

These are the only lines I remember.
