Tupac is definitely the better lyricist and performer by far. His music still makes a lot of sense today and he's been gone for 10 years.

I would say Tupac, however, Pete is alive, well, at this moment in time anyway, and could always improve and overtake Tupac. How much of Pete's talent is due to his addictions or not? Perhaps Tupac will always therefore be a more talented person as his was genuine and not drug-induced. Or so I believe, anyway!
