They are just continuing their Vertigo Tour in Australia, Japan, and Hawai'i. What happened were these shows were originally scheduled for April 2006, but a family emergency forced them to postpone the shows until now (november/december), so they're just finishing up the tour. It will end on december 9th in Honolulu.
But you can expect another tour in a year or so, because they have been working on a new album that will most likely be released in fall of 2007 =)

U2 are currently touring Australia, fulfilling a promise they made when they had to cancel earlier this year, due to a family illness. Bono jumped up on stage last night in Sydney at Kylie Minogue's concert, and performed her Robbie Williams duet "Kids" with her.

The only tour I know about is the rest of the Vertigo tour in Australia, and then they play in Hawaii next month. Usually they only tour to support albums. I saw them twice last year. I can't wait for them to tour again too.
