Do you take it for what it is, astronomy? Or do you read more into it than that? I've heard several interpretations of this song, all radically different. Even two interpretations arguing it's about astronomy disagree on many points.

I want people have heard this song to tell me their own opinions, so please don't give me links to another person's opinion. If you want to post a link to some source of reference from the song or something showing why you interpret it the way you do, that's fine.

I usually don't care about how horrible a band is but these guys are ridiculous. that weasley whining singer should be in a hotel lounge somewhere croonin for change not on the radio or TV. as for the rest of them they should go to a sci fi convention for tranny's maybe they could feel at home in that environment. todays music is goin down the tubes when will this generations voice be heard where is the next Marley or Dylan someone sayin something for the love of god somebody say something i'm tired of listening to whiners we need leaders..

I recently discovered modern, beaty jazz with a lot of sax, drums and piano. Just music, without lyrics. A lot of famous pieces are played in the radio where I discovered this type of great music. The only problem is that I have no idea about jazz band names nor musicians!? Could you plz help me suggesting some names of CDs or albums to buy? Those frequently played on the radio. (P.S.: not classic jazz! I hate it!)

I heard the song on the oldies station when I was in the States and I liked it. I remember it beginning "good morning sunshine" and the chorus was a lot of "dum dee dum dee doo dahs" or something. It's driving me crazy so help me!

I remember reading recently about a chord called the "Prometheus" chord.
Any ideas how this chord is constructed and what is so special about it?
I play guitar myself and I'm wondering if it can be played on guitar.

And while I'm on the subject, what is the coolest/strangest chord you know?
No standard "common garden" chords please!
I want to hear about something different!
Thanks

I have sang with choirs and choral groups of varying sizes all my life but I am a bit bored with the traditional chamber choir technical repertoire that leave little room for enjoyment. Does anyone know of a jazz or acapella choir or a group that sings more than Tallis and Bach (!!) I am an alto. Need to keep singing!

I found this song called "Oleander". It goes:
"Oleander, Oleander, will you bloom again next spring . . ."
I think the version I found Sarah Harmer is singing, but does anyone know if she is the original artist and if not who is? I would also like to find the lyrics somewhere. Thanks!!

I know it's wrong but it feels so right talk to me give this one more try say the word and we're through the fight...

And then it repeats "say goodbye" a bunch. It's kinda emo/rock/punk whatever... whatever genre you'd classify Panic At The Disco and Fall Out Boy in. Help, someone! None of the "search by lyrics" sites have this.

I´m from Germany! Since I was a child I love REO Speedwagon. But unfortunately I have never seen a live show of them. Are there any other fans of REO here? God bless America! I love you all!
