Try "The way you look tonight". Cant rember who it was done by but it is a very romantic song. Or if you like you could say you love them to both of "your songs". There are loads. Why not make a mix tape/CD of all her fav love songs. Then say it.

Open Arms by Journey.....might be older and kind of hokey, but something cool you can do is get the lyrics (lyrics.com) and type them out for her and give them to her during dinner and then excuse yourself from the room for a while. when you return the song should be about 3/4 done and have a gift for her and a blank card that've you've simply written " i love you" and that's it. it'll blow her away. be well.
