Do you take it for what it is, astronomy? Or do you read more into it than that? I've heard several interpretations of this song, all radically different. Even two interpretations arguing it's about astronomy disagree on many points.
I want people have heard this song to tell me their own opinions, so please don't give me links to another person's opinion. If you want to post a link to some source of reference from the song or something showing why you interpret it the way you do, that's fine.

Great song. Have no idea what it means (like most BOC songs). Most BOC songs have alot of weird and hidden meanings that do not make sense. It's great music through!

it's about a guy talking to some chick who is about to be married. That's all I can get out of it by reading the lyrics. It's an awesome song, though.

"Astronomy" is actually about the Biker gang wars
in the late 70's & early 80's.
