2) the name of the next movie is this mom who is an assasin. she has sex with this guy and they have a daugther. she has a daughter from their relationship and years later he needs something from her and uses their daugther as leaverage to get her to do it. i remmeber a scene when the father locks and her daughter and her in a big fridge. i rememeber the little girl saying to her mom "mommy don't cry. I saved this in case you needed it" and hands her the match which saves them cause she uses it to blow the door open.
also, i remember her skating really fast on ice to try to catch up with her ex lover to try to save her daughter. in the end, she alsmot gets really hurt but her daughter tells her to wake up. i believe the mom is blonde but i forgot her face. anyone have a clue?

It was when he was in Japan and he need to go past this gate. Then these effing japs wouldn't let him in. Bruce Lee looked on the wall of the gate and saw a sign that said "No Dogs and Chinese Allowed". Bruce lee got hella mad and jumped, lifted the sign with his foot, and shattered it with a kick in mid-air. Then Bruce Lee kick all the Japs' asses. Does anyone know what movie this was? * stupid japs*

Why does Sony and Disney have to ruin this Holiday season with their attempt to control our lives and prices of High Definition DVD? All of the major movie producers are willing to use a standardized format for HD but Sony wants to corner the HD market now in creating their own format (BlueRay), owning MGM, 20th Century and getting in bed with Disney. This is more dangerous in my mind than when MicroSoft took over the PC market because MS was still producing all content for even Apple computers! If you want to pay inflated prices for HD the rest of your life just go with Blu Ray!!! Disney and Sony can KMA! I'll buy whatever is on HD-DVD and UPCONVERT the rest of my standard DVDs. FYI - The other major movie producers are on HD-DVD. Don't answer with COMPARISONS here please - I already know specs. With multilayering, capacity is irrelevant and HD-DVD minimum performance requirements are HIGHER.
This season I'll be watching Transformers in HD, not Pirates of the C. !!!!!!!!!!!

i dont knw the other actors but i remeber watching most of it but i want to see the end... in the movie "buffy" (i dont knw her name in the movie either) she has a brother named Sebastian and i think "buffy" is bisexual and she like teaches this other girl how to kiss while haveing a picnic...and sebastian likes some one else and his sister "buffy" makes him do suttin wid another girl...


i just remember parts of the movie....so if anyone knws please let me knw thanx in advance

There are so many good ones out there (and so many bad ones too) that it is hard to choose. So if you must, go ahead and put down a couple of them.
Mine is easy. Jack Lemmon all the way. Ever see "The Apartment?" Great flick. Second favorite is Toshiro Mifune, of Akira Kurosawa fame. Actress is tough..I like Audrey Hepburn a lot, and I also like Monica Bellucci (who am I kidding, I just think she is really hot)

I saw 2 weeks ago and loved it. What was funny is we watched it on the 23rd of August and when it finished it was like 11:32. We even started thinking about the phenomenon. It's weird. And I might just do a little research on it.

I heard that Ellen Page has her first love scene in the independant movie Mouth to Mouth. Is this true and what is the movie about? Is she good in Hard Candy? What scenes made that movie so controversial? I would doubt there's any nudity because of her age, so was there just a lot of violence or swearing?

I know this is not a new movie, but still a question has lingered in my mind. It is catalogued as a letdown some say it lacked action. But I disagree, I think the movie itself it's pretty good, the director's style for the movie, it's pretty clean and elegant, it has good action, the plane sequence it's great, and so the part where Superman flies out the waterplane goes up to take force from the sun and sinks into the water to lift the kriptonite island.

But I certainly wasn't what I expected, but the reasons are different, I think the story was a bit weird. There were a few elements that in my opinion don't belong in a superman movie, for example, Louis being with another guy, and Superman's son, although the part where he gaves the kid, the same speech Jor'el gave him moved me, I think that wasn't fit for a movie that's trying to reintroduce aundiences to the Superman myth.

Am I the only one person who thinks that 90's was the best cinema history for drama romance movie when good romance movies were released, just like Pretty Woman, Ghost, When Harry meet Sally, Sleepless in Seattle, Titanic, You've Got Mail, City of Angels, etc. So many romance movies without being chick flicks. Now I just find THE NOTEBOOK to fulfill my love thirst.

I watched it quite a while ago, but it's about basically a student who meets his old teacher in hospital (he has had some kinda accident/illness that isnt too serious or is a doctor or something...) and she is dying. At the end he manages to track down old classmates to all come and see this woman so that she can realise how much she's taught etc. It's after they have a convo about funerals being stupid because the dead person is never going to know about all the praise...

If anyone could help, I'd be very grateful. It's quite an old film.
