Last night we were watching deal or no deal and my dad told me that all the contestants were told how to act and how much they were going to win and the rest was for entertainment. He told me Jeapordy was as well. This ruins yet another type of TV shows for me, Im about done with TV. Is this true that gameshows are staged?

I feel like that sometimes. They remove a lot of my questions for no reason. I never post questions that are malicious or harmful to Yahoo! users. Hello, I sing as a hobby, but prefer to sing songs rather than scales as warmup. Do you have any suggestions for good songs for this purpose? Im looking for something that tests the vocal chords bit by bit, gently coaxing them to loosen up very gradually.

So the TV series, Lost will return in February for an 16 episode run, followed be seasons 5 and 6 each with a 16 episode span, totaling 48 episodes. There will be no breaks in between episodes for each season, and this time they promise they'll really answer all the questions we [fans] have been wanting to know.

But do you [fans] actually care anymore? So many long breaks in between episodes, so many actors who had to leave for contract reasons, so many fake promises of answering long awaited questions, so many broken plots (due to missing characters). So many let downs. So many mysteries forgotten, never to be answered.

I really loved the series, but at this point after it being absent for so long, I'm not sure if I care anymore.

Why is it so hard for American TV to end a show when its at its height. Have a one season story-arc and end it. Don't drag it into the ground to the point where the fans don't care anymore.
