I can't find my sock it's a navy blue ankle sock it seems to have gone missing i've checed everywhere but i can't seem to find it where could it be?

It went into the purgatory of tubed clothing, along with two dozen of my own socks. The denizens of dust bunnies herd the articles when we humans aren't looking. They do this to frustrate the human psyche from time to time. This is all done behind our backs when our poor minds are occupied with menial tasks like sorting things by colour for the washer.(they are cunning little urchins not to be messed with.)
How they do this is a mystery and a marvel currently being studied by the governments of Russia, Great Britain, Canada, Germany, France, Israel, and Australia. It is in co-operation with a league of nations whose membership includes United States, China, Iraq, Iran, South Africa, Switzerland, Poland, Chile, and Brazil.
It is hoped that one day these contributing nations will have enough information from the studies and programs supported financially by the agriculture departments of each nation to give a definitive answer to this ancient mystery as to the" how "!!
We already know who, what, when, where, and why. But it is the how that has mankind flummoxed.
Let us hope that they come to us with an answer within the decade or at least before we put a man on Mars.

I was driving down the road, and "then" I saw this blue sock in
the road, all by "it self," and wondered. There has to be one to
match it somewhere? And you solved my question.
I solved that "dilemma" long age. go buy your self twelve pairs
of sox the same color. That way, if you can't find one when you
need one. you always have a spare until the other one shows
up, and you don't have to match them all up, because they are
all the same. <}:-})

Either your washer or dryer probably ate it. The second you throw the remaining one out, one of them will cough up the missing one. This is a fact.

The mystery of the missing sock! This happens to me all the time. My theory is the washing machine ate it. It only eats one of a pair though.....just to keep you guessing.
