It's about an young guy goes to a dance, meet a girl, lends her his sweater, walks her home. goes back to get his sweater and finds out she died a year ago today, goes to the graveyard and finds his sweater on her grave...Sound familiar to anyone?

In the bank line, while driving, in a grocery or retail store, at the beach, in a restaurant, at the mall, in the library...it never ends! And it's not like they're talking about anything. Why not read a book, magazine or something? Or maybe have a live individual WITH you instead of on the phone? I don't get it, but I enjoy a little disconnection now and then. Does it bother you?

A long time ago I did some piano playing, since then I have dived into choral work. However, I basically forgot how to play the piano. I know where Middle C is but if the song is in the key of F where do I start on the keyboard to punch through the song? I get the basics, but I don't really know where to start.

I spent a brief time in jail-correctly convicted for DUI years ago. What makes Paris so special? She has multiple violations-she deserves time in jail. I'm sorry the feeble-minded, spoiled little girl thinks its so traumatic. I'm sorrier she thinks the rules don't apply to her.

Was truly hoping to get Dixie back soon (the REAL Dixie); unfortunately caught this today on Soaps.com.

"Cady was last seen in February, when she ate some poisoned peanut-butter pancakes intended for Babe and died. That death left a void in Pine Valley: Tad still hasn't found his and Dixie's daughter Kate and fans didn't get to see a renewal of the Tad/Dixie love match.

With the ouster of former AMC headwriter Megan McTavish, dedicated Pine Valley dwellers hoped that history would be rewritten (hey, it's happened before!) and Dixie would rise from the dead. Last week when Janet scribbled the words "Dixie Lives" on her notepad while "interviewing" Tad and Krystal, fans got really excited that Dix would be back in the near future. News of Cady's return to Oakdale have squashed those rumors.

Or has it?

Characters are recast all the time in soapland. Does Janet's scribble point to the return of a recast Dixie? Only time will tell. "

I have a cut on my foot from stepping on glass last weekend.

I've had a tetanus shot, so I'm ok there and the cut was cleaned out with peroxide and bandaged, but it's red all around it now and itches and when I put peroxide on it it fizzes.

Do you think I should just keep cleaning it with the peroxide, or is it time to see a doctor?

A biker was riding on a highway along a California beach when suddenly the sky clouded above his head and in a booming voice, the Lord said:

"Because you have tried to be faithful to me in all ways, I will grant you one wish."

The biker pulled over and said: "Lord, please build a bridge from California to Hawaii so I can ride over anytime I want."

The Lord said, "Your request is materialistic. Think of the enormous challenges for that kind of undertaking. The supports required would have to reach the bottom of the Pacific! The concrete and steel it would take! It will nearly exhaust several natural resources. I can do it, but it is hard for me to justify your desire for worldly things. Take a little more time and think of something that would honor and glorify me."

The biker thought about it for a long time.

Finally he said, "Lord, I wish that I could understand my wife. I want to know how she feels inside, what she's thinking when she gives me the silent treatment, why she cries, what she means when she says nothing's wrong, and how I can make a woman truly happy."

The Lord replied, "'Bout that bridge -- you want two lanes or four?"
