I really dont feel sorry for the rich, They get stuff handed to them all the time. Some party to all hours of the night and then they jet off to other countries to have more fun. Get caught drinking and driving and get off with a warning.then they do it again they see a judge, slap on the wrist, thrid time time they got to do some time and they feel sorry and will check into rehad. But when they our faceing jail time they act better then they do in movies. they should just grin and bare it. robert Downey jr. did his time and so should Paris. She is no different then any other American. She should get over herself...everybody else has.

We're not giving her a hard time because she's a celebrity, we're giving her a hard time because she is a spoiled brat. I am sick of having to see her *** everytime I turn on the tv, open up a magazine or read the newspaper. Why is she so special? Because she is lucky enough to have been born into wealth? She hasn't earned one cent of that wealth, nor has she done anything worth remembering.
Us mere mortals sometimes go to bed in a troubled state because we don't know how we're gonna pay rent, afford to eat, etc. She'll never EVER have to worry about that. I cannot stand people who are born into a wonderful lucky life and screw it up over nonesense and then whine and complain because they're lives are f***** up. She's such a drama queen and an attention wh***.

I do beleive she deserves time in jail, but if I were her, I would do what I could to not go too! I think that everyone is giving her such a hard time because she is a celebrity. She made a mistake and she is going to pay for it, leave it at that.

you'd think that after all that "hard work" on the Simple Life she'd be tough enough for jail

No Evian water... nobody to wait on her hand and foot... no credit cards... no shopping.... no cameras pointed in her silly little face... no parties... no luxury digs... no BFFs... no blackberry... no ubber-rich boy toys.... no itty-bitty dog to tote around....
VERY TRAUMATIZING!!!!
perhaps she will get a clue while she is in there... but I doubt it. would require intelligence and a few mental processes.

She's lucky she didn't kill someone. Hopefully this will teach her a lesson. Unfortunately, she'll get big bucks for doing interviews and stuff afterwards.

i'd like to see her get sentanced to visit our wounded kids recuperating from iraq in the mil hosp. and cheer them up. this is a dose of reality as to the cost of our freedom. our celebes did this in WW1/WW2/Korea and Vietnam. put her to work. when she meets our wounded kids ,it will change her attitude greatly...do it!

It may very well be "traumatizing" for her. She has never had to face the consequences of her wrong doing before & probably has no idea what to do now.
