if i jumprope for an hour a day and do 100 sit up and 100 pushups can i lose like 2 lbs a week??? im 4'9 and 86 lbs i really want to be around 80 by April and i do have a tummy its not pretty for bikini season

seriously, i dont mean to sound like a jerk, but if youve had a child you know that everyone thinks theyre funny, or even worse, wise. go out in public being young (im in my early to mid 20s) with a baby. see if you can go anywhere without people giving you advice, making comments or even worse *touch your child* (i will smack peoples hands). why is this? and i want those baby touchers and advice slingers to answer, too!
