Chips & Salsa..or Chips & dip? ( like bean dip)

personally being a chips and salsa fan, i like chips & salsa better. because w/ dip..it's just to bland and thick..it doesn't cut it.

I'm looking for instrumental music (though some voice may be okay). Specifically, I'm looking for an artist who "specializes" in playing the flute (of course, if it is played with other instruments, even better). I've already heard Yanni and Mehdi and they're both great (especially the latter)..but is that all there is????

I'm sure there's some other great musicians out there! I'm looking for music that soothes the heart. Nothing annoying or repetitive, otherwise I might as well listen to pop and hip-hop. :-)
