I did theater and art in high school and college in the 90's dude i'm used to being around naked people of either gender.

I think the person should respect you enough not to do it if it bothers you. Talk to him/her about it and if it doesn't stop, then request a roommate change.
That person is being very disrespectful to you in my opinion.
