why does it seem as if everyone feel comfortable butting into.....click to read?

seriously, i dont mean to sound like a jerk, but if youve had a child you know that everyone thinks theyre funny, or even worse, wise. go out in public being young (im in my early to mid 20s) with a baby. see if you can go anywhere without people giving you advice, making comments or even worse *touch your child* (i will smack peoples hands). why is this? and i want those baby touchers and advice slingers to answer, too!

I tell them hands off I don't want baby getting sick...My favorite are the snotty nosed unsupervised kids that want to touch them, people control your children.....

I know exactly what you mean. Every time I go into public with my little sister (I'm 20 and she's 2) everyone looks at me like I am the worst person in the world. They always tell me I'm too young to have a child even though its my sister. I am about ready to smack the next person out!!!

I do not know! You are right though, people always think they can grab my daughter by the arm or at the grocery store once, the bagger picked her up to put her in another cart. Also, the advice..... I think it's like an innate thing ppl do, cuz they think we need it or wanna hear it. I know how you feel, exactly!
