My friend were discussing the pros and cons of this restaurant that charges a $$ amount for not eating ALL the food on your plate from the BUFFET. He was saying they should NOT do it; I said they SHOULD. What is your viewpoint?

there is always some kind of tension with my blood relatives do not why and this increases when there is festivals and big functions like marriages.no one wants that but this happens and i am suffering this from years please help me in this . I don,t know what is going wrong and how to manage this
