I found her website and thankfully the videos and DVD's from the past are available. Apparently there is a cable station in the Rockies that shows Kiana's Flex Appeal daily. I used to really love her workouts and especially her highlight on PLYOMETRICS. Not many people know about or purposely workout with plyometrics, but she got me started. I really wish the show still came on nowadays all over, on ESPN like it used to. Apparently, she just gave birth to her 2nd daughter. Me, too! Good for her. She was such a beautiful inspiration and I miss her. Anybody else out there feel like me?

I know its not much to go on but it was on maybe round about the late 90`s,it was a childrens programme and it involved a group of teenagers going into like a pretend castle thingy and having to do different tasks and games,i dont know what made me think of it but it`s now really annoying me!!

For the folks that have seen Saw III: I absolutely loved this movie, however, it was vital at the end for Jigsaw to explain to Amanda that she was actually his test subject, but, what if she had died instantly from Jeff's gunshot?? LOL...How would have Jigsaw explained the "twist" if Jeff, say, shot her in the head? Just a thought....

I was the first one to help people out of a car that had overturned on the highway during the middle of the day. Several other people stopped but all they did was bunch up and gawk. I had to yell at them and I had to tell someone to call 911. I guy jogged up and said he was a paramedic but he just stopped in place. I yelled him to check for injuries. Why do these people even bother to get out of their cars if they can't help?

came in the pub and said Hey Brent I got a woman in the van out back, i was just about to split her whiskers when the bloody mobile went off and iv'e got to go. Do you want to take over, its dark out back so she won't know we've swapped. Great i said and off i went. After about ten minutes in the van a copper shone his torch through the window and said hey what are you two doing. I said do you mind i'm making love to my wife. this was my fav show as a kid . it played in the late 80's....i was like 3 or 4 when i watched it. its about a department store after hours and all the manikins( i dont know how to spell sorry) come alive. and theres some kind of puppet animal that lives either in a clock or in a hole in the wall...i forget. and the boy manikin wears a plaid vest and a plaid hat. and when he puts the hat on it makes him come to life. or at least thats what i remember. also the theme song at the beginning of the show shows the store closing and bringing the manikins up the escalator or something like that. i hope somebody can remember because its driving me and my whole family crazy!!!!!!! thanx people

To surprise his bride the groom wanted to take her shopping before the wedding. Knowing she had little time to alter her dress she decided to ask her mom; " Mom would you alter my dress for me?" Mom replied "I've got errands to run leave it on the bed & I'll take care of it when I get back" Fustrated the bride asked her grma; "Will you alter my dress for me", Grma replied "I've got errands to run leave it on the bed & I'll take care of it when I return." Exasperated the bride altered the dress , while awaiting her shopping trip. When finished she laid it on the bed & left. Soon mom returned, alterd the dress & returned it to the bed. Grma returned as well, altered the dress & returned it to the bed. The couple returned from shopping excited & the groom suggest they try on there wedding outfits they both argee only if there's no peeking. Standing in one corner the groom has his pants around his ankles, the bride holds up the dress & says:


"It's so small & Wrinkled".
