I know its not much to go on but it was on maybe round about the late 90`s,it was a childrens programme and it involved a group of teenagers going into like a pretend castle thingy and having to do different tasks and games,i dont know what made me think of it but it`s now really annoying me!!

Nightmare. A group of friends had to guide a friend round the castle and that friend had to wear a helmet so they couldn't see.

i think i may know, i was wondering what this gameshow was for 7 long years and only found out the name last week lol if there was a lift and they did tasks on different levels...eg swimming in a bowl of "soup" and collecting letters....the gameshow was called incredible games and it was broadcasted in 1994....loved the programme!
