this was my fav show as a kid . it played in the late 80's....i was like 3 or 4 when i watched it. its about a department store after hours and all the manikins( i dont know how to spell sorry) come alive. and theres some kind of puppet animal that lives either in a clock or in a hole in the wall...i forget. and the boy manikin wears a plaid vest and a plaid hat. and when he puts the hat on it makes him come to life. or at least thats what i remember. also the theme song at the beginning of the show shows the store closing and bringing the manikins up the escalator or something like that. i hope somebody can remember because its driving me and my whole family crazy!!!!!!! thanx people

Wow, Today's Special, I remember that show I used to make sure to catch it all the time, along with so many others like Eureekas Castle. I miss the old Nick.
