i've read it in many sentences and heard it on many movies... does it mean like "WHAT IS THE MATTER WITH YOU?" or something like that?

im a new english learner. and i read ads on craiglist.com to learn practical life english.
today i read some lost&found ads and found the sentence " no questions asked " is very often used here. for example,:

Stolen: Carved Bakelite Bangles
I had 2 Bakelite bangles stolen from my shop - one is a wide black carved bangle, the other is an unusual yellow bangle with pineapple carving.

I know I probably will never see them again, but I just wanted to alert the community in case someone tries selling them. I believe it was a collector who knew exactly what they were taking - they were the most expensive among several bangles.

I am a very small business owner without insurance and a very narrow profit margin. I'll take them back with no questions asked. I would also consider a reward. If you have any information, please contact me. Your confidentiality will be protected. Thank you for your help!

It reminds me of a person's nose. When did "boogie" begin being referred to as dancing? Was it only during the 70's disco era? Where did the terminology originate from? Does anyone know?
