Integrating the authority is a very important thing to do in order to deliver efficient licensing services as well as to hamper corruption. Therefore, we can use this technology for: - Government Procurement. It seems that we need to set the time target in relation with this new project, starting from the program proposal, internal and external discussion and preparation of the scope of work.

Honestly, what is it with people? Not only is it harder to understand some of the questions, but it just looks and sounds downright ignorant! I'm a lot more apt to answer a question when the words are spelled out fairly correctly. And in case you haven't noticed, above the space where you enter your question, there's this place that reads "Check Spelling". It's almost like magic! After you're done typing, hit that button, and just like that - it tells you what words are spelled incorrectly! What more could you ask for! So, say it with me, folks......"I will use the spell check feature before posting my questions!"

Much better!
