Some of these words would be good used in tandem. "He exploded with justified and outraged anger." Notice that here the verb "exploded" itself emphasizes that the anger is extreme, making the whole sentence bristle a bit. Depends on whether you're just writing something like a police report (i.e., just something matter of fact) or writing something where more color is allowable.

Instead of "a lot of anger" why not use a single stronger word like rage or fury.
Synonyms:
These nouns denote varying degrees of marked displeasure.
Anger, the most general, is strong displeasure: vented my anger by denouncing the supporters of the idea.
Rage and fury imply intense, explosive, often destructive emotion:
smashed the glass in a fit of rage;
directed his fury at the murderer.
