I've seen it alot and i have no idea what it means.

They mean "owned" and "pre-owned" respectively.
Some use the second one for "pawned" also.

Those are both hacker-ese for "owned." It can mean either that they kicked someone's posterior at a online game, OR that they've taken over someone else's account or website.

It means that person has defeated you, whether physically or in "trash talking." It means you have nothing on him, basically.
