no, there isnt one

a dvd and a cd both have tracks, therefore you dont need to rewind them

if for some strange reason there is one, it would have no use, and was made by a crazy person

(also you spell blonde B L O N D E, you spell blonde with an E at the end)

[edit]
i am reading the other answers, and i have to say the community is crazy
no, there would never be a dvd REWINDER
to RE wind something, first you have to wind it, and there is nothing on a DvD to wind

Yes. It's a little quicker than my hard disk rewinder. Mine is an old hand-cranked one that takes 2 hours to rewind 1 terabyte.

DVDs and CDs don't need rewinding. They don't have tape or rolls inside of them.
