Can you make me a correction for this article below?
"Jazz,My PC has got some problems, it would switch off the electric power at any time when I start to log in or I using it.A friend said that it was the problem of electric power supply and it might be a fake.
ah,what sorrow I am,if it wasn't my fidgety and ignorance to the PC,I wouldn't get such thing,it is my fault! And I am swearing that it will never happen again,I have got the lesson!"

Thank you!

"I've noticed that I lost the ability to pronounce words like "asked" and other words (that I can't think off the top of my head). I kind of developed a stutter and I sometimes can't find the right word to say anymore or I can't find synonyms of a word in normal conversation. Is it possible to develop these speech problems? I mean I'm kind of insecure about what I say because I feel like I sound stupid saying it, but it gets kind of annoying because I look stupid trying to think of the right thing to say or I think about it, but it comes out in a stutter. How do I fix this? I want to be secure with myself and speak properly. Do tongue twisters help diction? What about my stutter and insecurity? Do I have to brush up on vocabulary?" - I am having the exact same problems as the yahoo user i quoted. Any suggestions?
