When I say " My finger tip stirs my dog's whiskers.", can you understand what I mean? or maybe I should say " My finger tip shakes my dog's whiskers."? which one do you prefer please? I mean when I play with my dog, I make my dog's whiskers move back and forth slightly, just for fun. kind of teasing my dog. Is the verb "stir" OK here? if not, then what? help ...

ok.. so this has become a question that no one can answer for me.. i work at a call center.. so i was in my cubicle on my computer.. a co worker said that her mouse to her computer was no working properly.. (fill in the blank with the correct word)- i then replied "hey brooke.. i have two _____ over here.. you can have one.." is the word supposed to be mice, mouses, or mouse?
