this sentence has plenty of grammatical errors.the correct sentence would be
there is no disgrace in learning from the people who are not finer than you in the scope of knowledge

the meaning of this sentence is
" there is no shame in learning from people who are not more knowledgeble than you"
usually people feel asamed to learn from someone inferior then themselves.the author is trying to tell that knowledge and learning are extremely precious and therefore hold value even
if coming from an inferior source.there is no shame in learning from inferior source.
