Okay, so me and my friend were walking around the neighborhood, and we come across this sign in our neighbor's yard that says "USAF 4th SOS" and it had a grim reaper with a diamond eyepatch shooting these lazer thingies at the ground. It also had two American flags by it. Does anyone have a clue what this means?
