I know what it means, but I want to know how many other people know what it means. It would be helpful if you tell me what age you are. Do not check the internet or dictionary ect. Also, guess my age, and tell me if you think I am intelligent.

Silly question, but my gf and i got in a semi-argument about the word Hoch, actually a street name. I pronounced it Hoch with a K sound on the end, she said Hoch with a CH sound, like chop. I told her i would give her examples of words with CH like a K, but since then, I cant think of any. Either I am going crazy to think it could be pronounce like that, or I am afraid of proving her wrong. Either way, HELP!!!

My question was not about how to spell no the correct way. I do not appreciate smart comments about my spelling. For your information I am dyslexic and have some learning difficulty's. If you are an employer you would be quilty of discrimination against people who have a disability. So I would think twice before you are mean to people.

Why aren't columns up and down, and rows left to right? In Excel, you have all of the cells, but it's the rows that are vertical, and the columns that are horizontal.

It seems like a column is something that goes up and down, like a doric, ionic, or corinthian column. They're used as vertical support beams...they run vertical, shouldn't columns in other senses be of similar fashion?

I swear I've heard people saying this both ways, and I never know which is correct! Both would probably work, though the tautology in the first seems to suggest that the correct way is "at this moment in time" - is that right?

Cheers!
