Silly question, but my gf and i got in a semi-argument about the word Hoch, actually a street name. I pronounced it Hoch with a K sound on the end, she said Hoch with a CH sound, like chop. I told her i would give her examples of words with CH like a K, but since then, I cant think of any. Either I am going crazy to think it could be pronounce like that, or I am afraid of proving her wrong. Either way, HELP!!!

My understanding of English tells me the 'K' sound would be correct in your situation. Ch following a vowel usually has the 'k' sound, but a 'ch' sound after a consonant except in the case of the 'r'.

It really depends where the street name originated from. Many street names originated from names of actual people. Depending on thier nationality, it could be pronounced several different ways. For insctance, my last name ends in a "ch" that is pronounced as in the word "chop". However, I work in a billing office where some of our customer's whose names end in "ch" pronounce it like a "k". It's almost imposible to tell.
One example of it being pronounce like a "k", prononcing it like "hoke", is in the name of Edward D. Hoch, Short Story Detective Fiction writer.

psyCHologist, conCH shell, psyCHiatry, sCHool, etc. We have a problem with that here in TX. There's a wealthy family named Murchison (and a small town in E TX named for them). Some pronounce the name with CH and some with K!

Hmm, I can only think of 'ck' ending words.
But I agree that 'Hoch' should be pronounced HOK.

See, I'd pronouce it "hotch," too. Think of Mayor Koch (you may not remember but he was the mayor of NYC before Guliani). His name was pronounced "kotch."
