I know what it means, but I want to know how many other people know what it means. It would be helpful if you tell me what age you are. Do not check the internet or dictionary ect. Also, guess my age, and tell me if you think I am intelligent.

Do you mean "pneumonoultramicroscopicsiliconvolcaniosis" or something like that? Yes, I heard of it when I was about 13. It's a disease of the lungs caused by silicon fibers, as I recall.

No, I didn't check - that would be cheating, right? But heh, that would be about 40 years ago, so if I got it wrong, mea culpa.

Either way, it's a fun word, right? Good for you, keep it up.

Umm, bonus points - you're in your young teens, like language, and are a pretty sharp cookie. How'd I do?

PS
Funny, Yahoo doesn't seem to allow words that long. I don't see the whole word show up.

In keeping with the Oxford English Dictionary, Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilico-volcanosi... Is "a factitious phrase alleged to intend 'a lung disease prompted by using the inhalation of very best silica dirt customarily located in volcanos'. It used to be coined to serve as supposedly the longest English phrase. The extra general and extensively used term for this condition is pneumoconiosis, also known as black lung disease.
