My question was not about how to spell no the correct way. I do not appreciate smart comments about my spelling. For your information I am dyslexic and have some learning difficulty's. If you are an employer you would be quilty of discrimination against people who have a disability. So I would think twice before you are mean to people.

I am sorry people were rude to you. I looked back at your original question. If your job interview has a written component,
it will probably be a short essay about one of several predictable areas.
1) What are your goals in life and how does working for us fit with these goals?.
2) Describe your best qualities and tell us how you will make our organization better.
3) What makes you the perfect person for the job? What qualities make you unique?
If you want to be prepared, write a short essay on at least one of these topics (#2 would be best) and have someone else edit it and help you polish it. Practice writing it from scratch a few times. Then, when you get to your interview, you will be ready.

Some people can't help being mean. Makes them feel clever. Considering you're dyslexic I think you did good. My stepson is dyslexic and people automatically think he's stupid. He's got an IQ of 130.

SORRY TO SHOUT, BUT IF YOU HAVE YET TO GO FOR THAT JOB INTERVIEW Please be sure to let them know you are dyslexic.
Enlightened employers will make due allowance for this.
Any Unenlightened ones like GLH you do not want to work for anyway.
