Either is correct, depending on what type of writing you are doing. I prefer using a comma before the 'and' because I think it more clearly demarcates the thing included in the list.

Your first way. The comma does not belong before the word "and". The comma actually is a representative symbol for the word "and"

The first option is correct. There should be no comma after repair.
