Hi, I'm from Egypt and already have a bachelor degree, but I will move soon to NY and I believe that my Egyptian degree will not be accepted well by employers.
So, what should I do to have a better American degree? Should I go over a 4 years degree again? Or there are ways to earn degrees in less time? (I don't want an online degree)
Also, is it true that green card holders pay less for tuition?

Question in our ethics class... If you were raped, and you got pregnant by that man, would you abort the baby?

I don't know if my answer would be morally acceptable, cause for me, I think I'll abort it. What do you think?

I am currently studying english composition and our topic is on responses and paraphrases. I have a problem about a certain quotation mark...

FROm THE ARTICLE: We like to see in ourselves the qualities of Dag Hammarskjold, the one-time Secretary-General of the United Nations whose profile appears in this volume; he believed that “no life was more satisfactory than one of selfless service to your community- or humanity.”

now I try to do a respond on this one...
first I try to give the details about the article and the quotation...
MY WORK: In his article “Contemporary Heroes and Heroines,” Ray Browne writes, “We like to see in ourselves the qualities of Dag Hammarskjold, the one-time Secretary-General of the United Nations whose profile appears in this volume; he believed that “no life was more satisfactory than one of selfless service to your community- or humanity.”
Ok, the quotation mark that i am having a trouble with is the one in the end. Should I add one more?

My observation is about human's behavior towards attractive and less attractive women. My hypothesis is that if my friend sees or talks to attractive girl in our school then his reaction and tone of his voice will change as he talks to that attractive girl. I came up with this hypothesis because it is common in our society that people intend to look attractive as himself to a women who he is attracted by. Cafeteria is one of the appealing settings where everyone comes around and enjoys themselves among there friends. Here you may see girls and boys behave each other as they talk to them. You may see a guy act tough as he talks to attractive girls.

2) What was the last grade in school that you were paddled?

3) To the best of your memory, if more than once, how many occasions at these three levels: a) Elementary b)Middle school/junior high school c)high school.

4) Do you consider the paddlings to have been not painful, mildly painful, or highly painful (or mixed)

5) Do you now think they were helpful, or not helpful?

6) What state did this occur in? What year did you graduate from high school?

In general, if you wish to add more in any aspect it will be very appreciated, and the information may help to frame future questions.

This question will be asked three times. If you respond to this one and see it again, please do not respond to future instances of the *same* question. However, please do respond to subsequent questions on the same topic.

Thanks!
