I am going into the high school this year. I will be in 10th grade, (we dont move into the high school till 10th) and I just wanted to know what to expect. I am a little nervous to meet all these people from different schools. lunch, Dances, class. I just want to know what it is like.

I need to know if I have the address to my new house can I call the board of education and give them my new address so I can found out what school my daughter will be attending this year?Or could I find out over the internet,is there a web address I can log under?

i know i just asked a question bout highschool, but now im really curious. i keep hearing horror stories, but good things too. people keep saying that the more involved you are, the better high school will be. well, im sorta shy. im usually the one in the corner w/ her nose in a book. im not a big people person. would someone pleez help me "understand" (for lack of a better word) high school and the experiences i might end up missing?

i'm going back to college on monday. i'm taking my FINAL 4 classes so i can finally get my associate degree. but there's a problem, i work full time right now. should i quit work and be a broke college kid, or keep work and risk getting so so grades? what do you think? what would YOU do?
