you shouldn't have your cell phone with you at school in the first place

cell phones are really not that cool any more everyone has one leave the phone at home or in your locker for after school. no since in starting trouble if you dont need to. unless you are just tring to be cool then, get over it everyone these days has a cell phone, no big deal.

Depends on the school rules and as to whether or not the phone is creating a distraction, you're using it for improper things, or if it will cause an argument with the classmates.

Depends on the school/district policy. I know at the high school where I work students must have their phones out of sight and turned off during the schoolday.
