Actually you don't need a school. If you are already living in the US, watch a lot of English speaking TV (and movies) and interact as much as possible with others in English. With that daily effort it will come to you naturally in about 2 years (It takes that long to master a foreign language). You'll learn a lot more than you would in a classroom setting.

good and cheap? okay go to any book stores and purchase books with hundreds of pages. Keep reading that should improve your english better. Keep reading always reading. Sorry I dont live in Texas....
