Public schools are subsidized by taxes, so no I don't feel bad. My parents paid taxes before I went and I pay taxes now that I'm out. Foreign students don't pay a lifetime of US taxes, so the practice actually is fair.

No I don't...Because American students pay %200 more than most European students to study abroad.
