Old duffers only....?

I have noticed that the questions on Yahoo are often based on false premises, and that the punctuation, grammar and spelling are less than acceptable. In my opinion, it's time for America to reprioritize and spend some money giving our kids a decent education. What are your thoughts? Thanks for your answers.

If a parent unlawfully refused to send their child to a regular school what would happen?

I was send to a special school, and since then we moved around a lot and I am not able to fine my diploma and I have not been able to find the school. The school was Mitchell in CA, around San Jose, Santa Claira area. I am just wondering if this was a real school or not. I have now moved out of CA and the State I am in now is kind of paturlar on education on appicaltions for jobs.

How do you feel about a principal cutting a students hair at school?

Recently at a school in the next town, a principal cut several boys' hair without their parents permission because it was too long. Personally, I don't feel school officials should have the right to do that. How do you feel about this? what would suggest to improve high school drop out rates?

If you were infront of the board of education for your state, what would suggest to improve high school drop out rates?
