Call your high school registrar. They will send the transcript to your college, but you will have to call them to let them know.

you go to the high school you graduated from and ask the secretary, principal, counselor or somebody that works there except the teachers preferrably somone in the office

Go in person to your old school districts administration office. I don't know if they charge for that. Bring ID too.
