You Spend like $25,000 Dollors a Year For 4 Years, to land a sightly better Job(or Not) and then you spend the Rest of your life paying off student Loans! What is the Point?

i do math, physics and chemistry, as full A levels (in the uk) at college.
i cant seem to decide which is a better degree to go for: a full course in Math, mechanical engineering, or electronic engineering???
help please, possibly from your experience

I'm studying for my state real estate exam for Hawaii and I need to remember the glossary and there are like 500 words. WHen I read through the text and I get bored I can't stay focused on what I'm reading and totally forget everything I just read. Does anyone have any good pointers for this.
