I think the art of being a good listener is something we all could benefit from learning. We all are so caught up in getting our points across, that we often forget to LISTEN to one another.

In our personal relationships and in our business relationships, i believe good listening skills are invaluable skills to cultivate.

Some people have it and the few who do, I respect you.

To be able to acknoledge your mistakes, to fix what you did wrong without complaint. To ackoledge other people make mistakes too, and to forgive them.

To put others ahead of yourself. Relize it's not all You You You. I assure you, if you do that the favor will be returned one day when you need it most.

I think people should be able accept the fact that they're not perfect. No one likes to admit that they're wrong, and very few can admit being wrong without any hard feelings.

True Dedication, most people do whats nessisary and thats it. i mean there are those who will do whatever it takes, but imagine if everyone put their fulll effort into it!!! if everyone had a "whatever it takes" attitude. we don't know what our best is until we've been pushed to it, and it takes true dedication to stick with that.
