It depends on
1) How well did you score in those subjects
2) Which subjects you like the most
From my experience, I suggest that if you score all three subjects, it is better for you to take up whatever you feel comfortable with or which one you like better. If you have an neverending passion for maths, then do maths. If you like maths and physics, do E/E eng. If you like maths and chem, do Mecha eng. All the best!

From my experience, there are a lot of jobs out there for mechanical engineers. I also see a lot of jobs for electrical engineers, but maybe not quite as many options as mechanical.

If you want to major in math, you should decide now what career you are actually going for as some specialization would probably be necessary. IE - there aren't a lot of 'mathematicians' out there. But some great math jobs include actuarial science, math prof at university, and various finance jobs.

You can go farther with engineering. Just have to decide what type you want to do. Do research in what an engineer does. A math degree could be fun, but unless you want to teach you have to figure out how to make it pay...

I work for a mechanical engineering firm so I would be bias but it just depends on what you wanna do when you graduate. There are quite a few more job opportunities for mechanical engineers.

Do what it takes to make you happy. In other words we can't decide that for you because we do not know you.
