My math teacher assigns way too much homework, I can hardly ever finish it in less than 3 hours. Few people in my class can handle it all either. Sometimes the teacher even says she gives a lot of homework without realizing it. How can I gracefully tell her that the workload is too extreme?

I need to make a line graph on Excel. I am going to need NINE lines on the graph. I have the information and range that I want to use for the x and y axes, however, how do I enter my info into Excel to eventually create my graph?---since (in Excel) there are letters across the top and the numbers going down....
