L1:On the X-intercept (the horizontal line) draw a VERTICAL LINE through -3. In other words, the point ( -3, 0).

L2: On the Y-intercept (the vertical line) draw a HORIZONTAL LINE through 4. In other words the point (4,0)

L3: Solve. I'll spare the work so you get X= -4.
On the X-intercept (the horizontal line) draw a VERTICAL LINE through -4. In other words, the point (0, -4).

L4: Solve. I'll spare the work so you get Y= -8. On the Y-intercept (the vertical line) draw a HORIZONTAL LINE through -8. In other words the point (-8, 0)
