Homework Help - March 2007

I got my G.E.D. I took a college placement test for english and passed. I got accepted to a college level English class, which is weird. My friends went to high school but they have to take lower remedial english courses and not college english courses.

I also read every day, i don't know if that helped.

I suck at math, i guess because i don't speak math and i have to learn it. But i want to be successfully on this planet. I want to have an education. I want to live with a purpose in life. I want to succeed in college and get all i can from it.

We are writing poems in language arts and we are supposed to write about any random object. I chose a contrail (don't ask why) and I have a pretty good poem. I have this:

I don't know what to relate it to. What "slowly disapears" in any books or movies or anything like that?

I have to do an essay, essay will be about how because of the internet I lost my job. People were buying items from the internet and not from the I worked at. So now the store is closed and I'm out of a job. I need about 2-3 sentences to start. Once I start I have no problem. First 2-3 sentences are the toughest part.
