Running with Scissors, augusten Burroughs, or confederacy of Dunces by John Kennedy Toole. Maybe try the fu** up by Arthur Nersesian, all good.

If you like or would like to try the SciFi/Fantasy genre, try Terry Pratchett's DiscWorld books. There are many to choose from and you can just about start on any one (no need to follow the sequence the books were written) and each book is not very thick so it shouldn't take too long to read one.

Funny in Farsi. It's a humorous tale about a girl from the middle east moving to the US and is required in some schools. I haven't read it but I heard the author speak and she's hilarious.

What kind of level are you looking at? Are you in grade school or hi-school? Can't help if you don't say that. "Revenge of the Middle Aged Woman" is hilarious and easy to read, but I don't recommend it unless you're in your last 2 years of hi-school

What grade level are we talking about here? Texasville by Larry McMurtry is hilarious, but very adult and probably not appropriate for anyone not yet in college.
