To get rid of racism, the state forbids same-race sex, this will ensure all mixed-race children and eventually all distinctions of race will be gone and therefore no more racism.

I seem to recall a story about starvation/homelessness that attempted to solve the problem by feeding them their babies. It's pretty gross and wrong, but it might be the sort of thing you're going for? Forgive me if I'm totally off the mark!

Educational standards have gone down so far that students are asking the older generation to answer their exercises for them. They go to elaborate methods to get answers even resorting to Yahoo! Answers.
