Hi, if someone (or a culture) has a strong UAM, WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? how about for a weak UAM?

well, I know it means thats i strong UAM is when a culture is ok with uncertainty, and is somewhat laid back, and is ok when things dont go ok or according to plan.

i know a weak UAM is when a culture is not ok with uncertainty, likes evetrything to be perfect, on time, and want everything to go according to plan and always want to know the answer to something.

the problem is, i stink at english so can you tell me what a weak UAM is a a strong UAM is, but make what i said way more proffesional!? right now, its like 5th grade stuff and i hate it! english is my second language (im russian) so i need some help please.

There was an outrage last night between The Royals and The Guardians. This outrage took the life of Andy 16 who was stabbed by the Guardians due to being a Royal. Andy 16 was stabbed about 10 minutes ago. The knife had entered just below his rib cage and had been drawn across his body violently, tearing a wide gap in his flesh. As he lay in pain on the sidewalk with the rain drilling his jacket, body and washing away the blood being poured from his wide open wound. Andy was ambushed right beside the alley of Joe’s Convenience where he had gone to buy a pack of cigarettes. Andy was found by Peel Regional Police at about 11:30 pm Sunday. The police found Andy 16 bleeding and rushed him to Sunny Brook Hospital, where he died. As doctors on call were trying very hard to save the life of Andy but Andy had died due to a blood shortage. Peel Regional Police are now searching very hard to find the people who stabbed Andy. Peel Regional Police have found 1 person who will remain in jail for the rest of his life. Andy will be buried this Monday in Pine Oaks Cemetery located just off Lake Shore Blvd. He will be buried at about 10:30 am.

I am reading the book "I am Regina" by Sally M. Keehn. I have to read up to the 7th chapter by tomarrow and there is no way in heck that I can do this. I have to study for 2 exams tonight and finish a science project. I am scrambling here and really need some serious help. I Know its about a girl in the late 1700's and she is kidnapped by the Indians and becomes one, but I need details. I have to discuss it with a reading group tomarrow. I usually don't do this, but I am between a rock and a hard place. I am jumping back and forth from reading to studying to math to science to writing a childerens book (homework) and I just can't do it all. NO - I do not procrastonate and if you are just going to post something stupid like "Learn how to spell" or "Read it yourself", then don't waste your time answering. Again - I am desperate here, and I have searched google for an hour now. Please, please help! Thanks in advance!!!!

the question is bascially about the company and how it filterss waters..but it has nothin to do with the questions..so thats why i dont think u neeed to know it to answer this question
